Join Montana's fight to maintain legal Medical Marijuana

Welcome to the blog that will cause you to raise eyebrows, shake your head or just inspire you to get involved!  62% of voters said yes to I-148 allowing Medical Marijuana as a treatment for a list of ailments with a doctor's prescription.  Currently there is strong discussion of a repeal of the {voters approved!} initiative which is being considered by our representatives without the issue being brought back to the ballot.

Your voice, your story, your option needs to be heard.  It is an amazing blessing that this initiative occurred in our lifetime and it needs to be honored through proper usage and active citizens taking a stand for keeping marijuana local and legal in Montana.  Follow this blog and post links on facebook or email the information to friends.  Spread the education and stop the myths.  That is why we are here.

Link of the day: Montana Drug Policy.  Check. It. Out! This site offers a map of the state with each district so that you can determine your district and contact your representatives.  If you don't know your district enter your zip code with the 4 digit extension (found on most any pieced of mail you received) and now you have the power to send a message to the very representatives that are deciding the repeal case.  Every voters voice makes our shout louder and every opinion counts!

The Action Alerts on this page offer you an up to date way to take action when it is needed the most.  You can also enter your email address and they will email you if your support in needed.

We look forward to keeping you up to date on news clips, history tidbits, strong facts and debunking myths about marijuana.  Thank you for following the blog, commenting on our posts and sharing them with friends.

  1. The State Supreme Court has, fortunately, proven to be the judicial safety net for patients and marijuana doctors, we all hoped for, but were unsure of until, the Justices favorably ruled in the first two medical marijuana cases before them.
